The basic scientific interests: theoretical deliberations and practical application of quantitative methods in issues such as: development of the real estate market, particularly the housing market, research into socio-economic environment of the real estate market, analysis of proportions and structural changes on the housing market, methodology of real estate appraisal, analysis of the insurance market and methodology of calculation of insurance products, classification of socio-economic objects, assessment of economic and financial situation of enterprises and economic effectiveness of investment.

• 1988 – 1998 Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin, in the Unit of Applications of Mathematics in Economics of the Chair of Econometrics and Statistics
• 1994–1996 research fellowship of Filar SA Insurance Company financing a three-level Polish-Canadian Summer School of Actuarial Sciences organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Western Ontario
• 1998 PhD in Economics: Badanie prawidłowości na rynku nieruchomości w województwie szczecińskim (Studying Regularities on the Real Estate Market in the Province of Szczecin).
• 1998- 2008 Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin, in the Unit of Applications of Mathematics in Economics of the Chair of Econometrics and Statistics

• 2001-2008 member of the State Qualification Commission for Property Managers to the Minister of Infrastructure
• 2004–2005 scientific internships: foreign internship at DePaul University College of Commerce, the Department of Real Estate, Chicago, USA and Polish internship in the Department of Investment and Real Estate, Warsaw School of Economics.
• 2012- member of the State Qualification Commission for Property Managers to the Minister of Infrastructure
• 2012 habilitated doctor: Społeczno-ekonomiczne determinanty rozwoju rynku mieszkaniowego w Polsce. Ujęcie ilościowe (Socio-Economic Determinants of the Development of the Housing Market in Poland. Quantitative Approach).
• 2013- Associate professor of the University of Szczecin
Research projects cooperation with practice
Over 60 innovation and implementation projects for the region and all-Polish projects. The authorship and co-authorship of over 200 valuation surveys of real estate valued for accounting purposes, for the purpose of loan collaterals, sale, and the valuation of enterprises.
In the years 2000–2008 three-time participation in revaluation of several thousand of land properties for the needs of the adjustment of fees for perpetual usufruct of land of Szczecin Municipal Commune, State Treasury Real Estate in Szczecin and Gryfice.
Co-authorship of the strategy of real estate management of the City of Koszalin, real estate management procedures of PZU Życie SA Insurance Company, the programme of management of municipal resource of real estate in Szczecin.
Cooperation with Polish Federation of Real Estate Market, Polish Federation of Valuers’ Associations, the Institute of Analyses, Diagnoses and Economic Forecast, CCIM Institute, Polish Committee for Standardization, member of Scientific Association of Real Estate, Polish Sociological Association, SKAD, IAES.
