Aktywność inwestycyjna na światowym rynku nieruchomości
Inwestycje są warunkiem rozwoju każdego podmiotu czy regionu. Stąd też zainteresowanie aktywnością inwestycyjną różnych grup inwestorów, zmianami ich preferencji oraz kierunków inwestowania jest podstawą wielu analiz i badań wykorzystywanych przez różne podmioty podejmujące decyzje gospodarcze. W opracowaniu zaprezentowano najnowsze trendy i zmiany aktywności inwestycyjnej na światowej, europejskiej oraz krajowej mapie rynku nieruchomości.

Investment Activity in the Global Real Estate Market
Investments are the conditions for development of every entity or region. Hence, a great deal of analyses and research efforts carried out by the decision-makers entities are based on the interest in the investment activity of different groups of investors, the change of their preferences and directions of investment. In this paper the latest trends and changes of investment activity on the global, European and domestic real estate market are presented.
